I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the Chicago area, with over a decade of experience walking alongside people through moments of crisis, transition, and healing. Since earning my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2016 and becoming clinically licensed in 2018, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings—from private practice and partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs (PHP/IOP) to high school and college counseling offices.
My clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, with advanced training in CBT, DBT, ACT, and several trauma-informed modalities including CPT, TF-CBT, DDP, NMT, ARC, and Brainspotting. Whether I’m supporting youth or adults, individuals or families, I believe deeply in each person’s capacity to grow, adapt, and find meaning—even in the face of pain. My role is to walk with you on that journey with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll usually find me outdoors—biking or hiking with my family through the Chicago suburbs—or curled up with a sci-fi or fantasy novel. I’m equally energized by meeting new people and settling in for a long, thoughtful conversation. I’m also an unapologetic nerd who loves a good Dungeons & Dragons session (even if coordinating a game night with old college friends takes weeks of planning).
Wherever you’re starting from, I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s next.
